* Plugins are now loaded from the classpath.
* Added a plugin to pick up ``td.apikey`` and other TD rest api configuration secrets are now picked up from ``td.conf``.
* Fixed issue with path handling on Windows.

* The UI now links to the Treasure Data Console job page for ``td`` operators.

Workflow Changes
----------------

* ``_parallel`` can now be specified at the top level of a workflow.
