Operator changes
------------------

* Weekly scheduling was added.
* ``cron`` schedule type was fixed.


General changes
------------------

* ``repository`` has been renamed to ``project``. This change includes REST API, database tables, and comman line options.
* Workflow structure has been changed to one workflow per file.
* ``digdag.yml`` is now a digdag project definition file.
* Workflow names no longer start with ``+``.
* ``--last-revision`` was renamed to ``--latest-revision``.
